Terms and conditions for the supply of any Home Information Pack (HIP), Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) or any other service through The Guild of Professional Estate Agents or Fine & Country (GPEA Ltd.). You will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions at the point you place your order. Your statutory rights are not affected.
In placing an order for any service provided through GPEA Ltd or our appointed suppliers, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and have the necessary authority to place such orders.
GPEA Ltd is registered in England & Wales with company number 2819824 and with its registered address at 121 Park Lane, London W1K 7AG.
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice to you.
Definitions
The Following words have the meanings outlined below:
- 'EPC' means an energy performance certificate.
- 'DEA' means a domestic energy assessor.
- 'HIP' means the pack containing details relating to the Property as required by the Regulations.
- 'Regulations' means Home Information Pack Regulations 2007 (as amended).
- 'We', 'Us', 'Our' etc. refers to GPEA Ltd and our appointed suppliers.
